After having worked 7 years for the European cross-industry employer organisation called BUSINESSEUROPE, I joined the ITCILO beginning of 2008. Being a trainer is not an easy job, but I enjoy a lot meeting people, sharing experiences across borders and trying to respond to the learning needs of the employers' community worldwide.
