Participants discussed business perspectives on climate policy and in particular exchanged ideas on how to move forward to an international climate agreement during the economic crisis.
The Business Organizations present at the meeting were the All China Federation of Industry and Commerce, the Brazilian National Confederation of Industry, BUSINESSEUROPE, the Canadian Council of Chief Executives, the Confederation of Indian Industry, the Confederation of Danish Industry, the Kenya Association of Manufacturers, the National Business Initiative – South Africa, Nippon Keidanren (Japan Business Federation), the US Chamber of Commerce and the US Council for International Business.
