Just released: Hands-on guides on services provision!
A series of "hands-on" guides on services delivery to help EOs devising and managing services for members
Delivering quality services to members is one of the key added-value of the employer and business organizations: on the one hand companies are increasingly demanding new services that will help them respond to market challenges and on the other, the competition from private service-providers is pushing EOs to make new strategic choices in the field of services delivery.
To help them, the ILO's Bureau for Employers' Activities and the Programme for Employers’ Activities of the ITC ILO just released the "Services Series Guides".
The "Services Series" consists of a cover-guide and two thematic guides. The cover-guide provides generic guidance on business strategies to design, deliver and monitor services offered by employer and business organizations: it should be read together with the two other guides, which go more in detail on the contents of services which can be offered by EOs, respectively in the field of labour law, and industrial relations and human resources.
