The "Transnational Company Agreements (TCAs): building management knowledge & capacity" project aims at strengthening management capacity to make better informed decisions when engaging in and implementing transnational company agreements (TCAs), through the development and exchange of knowledge, tools and practices.
Under the project, a series of workshops are organized that maximize knowledge sharing among those considering entering in such agreements and those with agreements in place and that focuses on the different issues to be considered throughout the different stages of the process.
This project is the follow-up of a project carried out in 2010 during which five awareness-raising seminars on TCAs were organized gathering company management and employers’ associations at European, national and sectoral levels. More information on the first phase of the project, the partners, and the sponsors is available here.
As a result of the 2010 project, a publication for companies on issues to consider with regard to TCAs was developed.
