Course overview
This course aims at developing the understanding of social dialogue processes and current industrial relations trends throughout the world, in particular their benefits and risks from an employer perspective. It will equip participants with skills in negotiation methods and techniques, in order to perform more effectively in negotiation at the different levels.

Course overviewA course to improve negotiations skills: from positional to interest bargaining. Overview and practical learning to become a better negotiator, including also a package for training of trainers.

Who should attend?
Employer members of tripartite councils at national or regional level.
Course overviewThis training offers an overview of the most important macro economic concepts in a social dialogue perspective. The course addresses non-economists in EOs and aims at getting them acquainted in one week with these basic concepts, including national accounts, public finance, competition, productivity, competitiveness etc. At the end of the workshop, participants will be able to discuss more effectively and negotiate with governments and worker representatives on macroeconomic issues.

Project design, Project cycle management and resource mobilization
Who should attend?
Employers’ representatives or staff involved in resource mobilization and project management
Course overviewA course to know more about the funding opportunities open to employers and learn resource mobilization strategies: project design, project drafting, project planning and budgeting. Emphasis will be put on developing a concrete project proposal for funding.
