Training methodology

what, how, for whom, how long and where?

 Target audience      

  • Our training activities are open to board and staff members of national, sector or provincial employers' organizations as well as company representatives
  • Attendance to the activities is coordinated with the International Organisation of Employers (IOE)

 

Tailor-made activities        

  • Courses and training material are adapted to national or regional realities (Africa, The Americas, Arab States, Asia and Pacific, Europe and Central Asia) depending on the needs expressed by EOs
  • In addition, we develop ad hoc training modules for EOs or multinational companies upon request on strategic international employee relations developments and policies

Focus on practice      

  • Our training activities mix theory and practice and place a great value on experience sharing and discussions amongst EOs
  • We have a large network of international experts with an employer background with whom we collaborate for the development and delivery of training activities

 

Location, Duration and Languages      

  • Activities are undertaken either at the ITCILO in Turin or on the field
  • Training activities mostly last between 3 and 5 days
  • Courses can be offered in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian and Arabic
